Part Description & Details

The Juice module is an add-on Engine Control Module for the Duramax engine that offers additional features not available with the factory setup. Since it is an add-on ECM, it uses all the factory data and then enhances the factory settings to optimize your truckâTMs performance. The Juice features engine temperature monitoring and power increase from theJuice module as engine reaches operating temperature. With four selectable powerlevels, the Juice module offers a large power increase over stock throughoutthe RPR range, but the power is more noticeable in the midrange RPMâTMs. This greatlyimproves driveability and towing performance. Transmission downshifting is greatlyreduced, especially while passing or towing. The Juice also regulates power delivery and timing based on engine temperature.This means that while the engine temperature is below 160 degrees Fahrenheit,no additional fueling or timing is delivered. Over 160 degrees, the module beginsmodifying timing and delivering fuel at 50% of the calculated additional fuel,and the percentage increases as the engine temperature increases, until at fullengine temperature the Juice delivers 100% of the calculated additional fuel.The Juice alone provides the following power gains with toggle switch:Level 1: 40 Horsepower - 100 Foot Pounds of Torque Level 2: 60 Horsepower - 120 Foot Pounds of Torque Level 3: 75 Horsepower - 170 Foot Pounds of Torque Level 4: 90 Horsepower - 200 Foot Pounds of Torque When the Juice is used with an Attitude or A2 monitor, the Juice will NOT controlEGTs.Not legal for sale or use in California on pollution-controlled motor vehicles.
