T-Rex Traditional Grilles are manufactured from Aerospace T-6 billet aluminum. Grilles are designed to follow factory contours and hand welded using a welding process known as T.I.G., which insures a clean spatter free product. Grilles are given a durable powder coat finish in DuPont Semi-Gloss black and then polished to a brilliant show shine.
