Part Description & Details

The Crane PS92 Performance Street Coil features a special E-core design, which loses less voltage resulting in more sparks to your plugs. The coils also have large-gauge wire windings for maximum spark current and voltage, with better heat dissipation at high RPM. An insulated connector and high-tension tower protect against high-voltage arcing, and they are solid-epoxy encapsulated for shock and vibration protection. It has a primary resistance of 0.20 ohms and secondary resistance of 0.82 ohms. The primary inductance is 1.9 mH, secondary inductance is 6.8 H and leakage inductance is 0.14 mH. These coils are specially designed for use with capacitive discharge (CD) ignition systems.
