   Moroso #62602 Transmission Mount, Solid, Steel, Gold, Ford, Mustang, 302/5.0L, 1979-1995, Each.  M28-62602   Description:Your stock factory transmission mount uses a rubber bushing that deteriorates over time causing excessive vibration and driveline binding. These new solid steel transmission mounts will eliminate linkage binding , driveline misalignment and unwanted transmission movement in race and performance applications. These mounts are constructed from rugged 3/16 inch steel with pre-welded studs. Solid transmission mounts must be used in conjunction with solid motor mounts to prevent breakage of engine block and transmission case due to torsional stress.
