ACCEL ULTRA-LITE HIGH TORQUE SEVERE DUTY STARTER -- 10.6 lbs., 2.2 kW power output; NHRA, IHRA, and NASCAR approved; Its full ball-bearing construction produces less internal friction and higher torque transfer to the engine; Dyno-tested under starting load for ensured dependability and reliability; Uses aviation lubricants to prevent hot start failures in racing situations; 33 percent smaller than most OEM starters for increased oil pan, headers, and ground clearance; Its 3.75:1 gear reduction provides 40 to 50 percent higher starting torque than OE starters, while its low amperage draw of 210 to 250 amps at full starting load and increased spark work perfectly for high compression engines; Features high-temperature epoxy-encapsulated armature that resists heat and vibration for high power performance applications and heavy duty solenoid that utilizes a contact disc instead of a bar-type contact for maximum reliability and long life; Can be used for a wide variety of applications including drag and road racing, circle track, tractor pulling, street rods, recreational vehicles, mud boggers, work vehicles, offshore racing, and street machines; Easy bolt-on installation; With Accel's limited 1-year warranty.
