This Comp Cams Xtreme Energy camshaft is built to take advantage of the latest cam technology to provide maximum performance. By using an aggressive lobe profile this cam provides better throttle response and more top end horsepower than equivalent cams from other manufacturers while delivering increased engine vacuum.Recommended parts: * Lifters: CCA-850-16 * Valve springs: CCA-983-KIT (includes springs locks retainers) * Valve seals: CCA-501-16Specifications: * Advertised duration: 269 intake/276 exhaust * Duration at .050 in.: 218 intake/224 exhaust * Gross valve lift: .495 in. intake/.503 in. exhaust * Lobe separation: 112 degrees * RPM range: 1500 to 5500Xtreme Energy Cams™ are designed to take advantage of the latest improvements in valve train components and the newest developments in camshaft lobe design.
