Each kit is constructed specifically for YOUR Jeep, with solutions in mind for the inherent factory weaknesses and problems that occur with a lifted vehicle. This comprehensive kit has been crafted to anticipate lift problems BEFORE they happen. Kit Details: By setting the custom-designed coil springs to original factory rates, you get the best on-road ride possible and the ability to use a larger tire. All lifts are dependent on specific Jeep characteristics and additional parts being added (bumpers, winches, top, etc.). Each kit includes a rear track bar brace to strengthen original track bar mount-an ORV exclusive and a MUST for off-road performance on a JK! ORV uses tough, over-built extended control arms for added strength and higher performance. Each arm has a considerable 3/16" wall thickness and ends are tapered before welding. This extra-heavy-duty design ensures long life. In most kits, control arms are longer than factory arms to adjust for caster. Not always true for other brands. Each arm bushing can be easily greased without removing the arm from your Jeep.Kit includes four coil springs, two lower front links, two lower rear links, two rear bump-stop brackets, two rear bump-stop spacers, front track bar bracket, rear track bar bracket, two front double-disconnected end links, two rear extended sway bar end links, rear track bar brace and hardware kit. Estimated install time: Eight hours.NOTE:4-door JKs will get an average 4" of lift while 2-doors will get up to 5". Due to the changed pinion angle, a new drive shaft is highly recommended when installing any lift of 4" or more on a 4-door Wrangler. Maximum tire size: 34" x 12.5" x 16". Maximum offset: 4.5". A new drive shaft is required on any 07-08 2-door Wrangler due to a shorter wheelbase. All 4" kits require a drop pitman arm to ensure proper steering geometry (sold separately).
