Custom designed for a good ride...and great on-road performance Used for medium to large lifts, these are designed for on and moderate-to-severe off-road use Powder and E-coated coil springs are set to original factory rates so you can use a larger tire Includes standard links with polyurethane bushings for a great ride and long life Ductile iron prevents sag, keeps coil shape longer This 4" coil kit is designed for more severe-duty off-roading and up to a 34" x 12.5" x 15" size tire You'll achieve as close to a factory ride as you can get! ORV uses tough, over-built extended control arms for added strength, higher performance. Each arm has an extra-thick 3/16" wall thickness and is tapered at the ends before welding. This extra-heavy-duty design ensures long life for on and off-road driving. In most cases, control arms are longer than factory to adjust for caster. Not always true for other brands. Arm bushing can be greased easily without removing arm from vehicle. The 1" transfer case lowering brackets are not spacers but full-length brackets that actually secure the transfer case solidly. This eliminates undue stress on the driveline.Coil Lift Kit:Kit includes four coil springs, four lower links, track bar relocation bracket, transfer case lowering brackets, transmission lowering brackets and hardware kit. NOTE:For this kit, it is important you have front sway bar disconnects for the articulation you need during off-roading. Some 4" TJ kits provide replacement brake lines. Due to the center location of the brake line, these extensions are not needed. This makes for an easier installation because there's no need to bleed the brakes and due to the length of the factory brake hose, its location and strength, it is not necessary to replace it as there is plenty of slack in the line even when you are off road (6" and above lifts will require longer brake hoses).
