Westin Polished Aluminum Billet Grille Insert replaces the dull stock grille with unmatched quality, unsurpassed design and ultimate durability. The depth and beauty of aluminum billet grilles provides the ultimate front-end appearance to the truck or SUV. Aluminum billet grille insert is manufactured by a special CNC technique. CNC is a precision cutting process which uses a sophisticated computer program, eliminating thermal distortion and providing exact dimensional tolerances and a great professional look. It installs easily over existing grille without drilling, cutting or removing any of the factory grill components. It carries clear instructions for easy installation and a well engineered bolt-over design work together to make the installation go smoothly. The aluminum bars are hollow with filled ends that make it very light weight. Its applications are available in traditional cut and in no cut bolt-on overlay installations.
