It takes a lot of time and money to do the job right. We will sometimes spend up to 2 to 3 times more just to make the Super Competition header work only 5 to 10% better. That commitment to excellence has made Hooker Headers the winningest header manufacturer in automotive drag racing history.Features: Long Tube Lengths; Long Transition Collectors; Monstrous Low-Mid Range Torque; Keep Top End Horsepower; Provides Finest Fit; Most Durable AvailableInstallation Notes: Breaking in an engine with ceramic coated headers WILL result in damage to the coating and will VOID all warranties. Ceramic coated headers require several heat cycles to fully cure before they will withstand extreme heat. Hoooker recommends using cast iron exhaust manifolds or old headers to break in new engines to avoid coating damage.
