Hurst 5030030 Gear Shift Lever Kit (5030030)

Part Description & Details

Hurst Indy Universal shifter is designed to be used on most popular 4-speed transmissions and a wide variety of cars. Applications are determined by transmissions and an exclusive engineered mounting design, making them adaptable to many popular passenger car floor pans. 7-1/2 tall chrome plated stick (3/8-16 thread) provides short and precise throws. Arms are attached with stud, nut and bolt. Optional bolt-on stick is available for custom vehicle application. Forward gear shifting shafts are straight when transmission in neutral and shifting shafts are on an angle when transmission is in neutral. Transmission is used as original equipment on pre-1969 and later 1969 General Motor cars with 7-bolt side cover, 1974 and later General Motor cars with 9-bolt curved bottom side cover. Standard T-10 is used as original equipment in 1958-1963 General Motor cars with 9-bolt side cover. Super T-10 is an aftermarket replacement unit.
