Edelbrocks Tubular Exhaust Systems (TES) have patented dual diameter primary tubes that increase performance from idle to 5500 rpm. These dual diameter tubes retain low-end torque and increase high-end horsepower for improved overall driveability. In our 454 SS test vehicle we improved the 0-60 time by 6/10ths of a second simply by installing Edelbrock Tubular Exhaust Systems. Their TES connects directly to stock emissions equipment and is the same installed height as OEM for adequate ground clearance on lowered vehicles. Plus its a no-hassle installation with no welding in most cases. Some models are available in stainless steel. (Numbers using “66” as the first 2 digits are stainless steel.)Now available for trucks and SUVs this pair of Edelbrock shorty headers features mandrel-bent tubes and laser-cut flanges. Made from 17-gauge 409 stainless steel they e a direct replacement for the stock manifolds and are simple to install using the factory crossover pipe.
