Designed and manufactured in the USA by PaceSetter, a leading provider of quality made, affordably priced performance products since 1972. TFX Performance Exhaust Systems install behind the catalytic converter and are legal in 50 states. They come to you complete; there is nothing else to buy. TFX Performance Exhaust Systems are made with 16-gauge aluminized materials. The tubing is mandrel bent for the most efficient flow, which means more power - up to 14% more. The POWER muffler is fully welded and designed and constructed to reduce the in-cabin "drone" so common with performance mufflers. The sound is great! These systems come with polished and chrome-plated stainless steel self-clamping tips that will not corrode. All installation hardware and instructions are also included. This system for the 1999-2006 Chevy Silverado with standard cab, short bed and 4.8L or 5.3L engine has a 3" diameter intermediate pipe and dual 2-1/2" diameter tailpipes, each with a 3-1/2" diameter tip, exiting in the stock location.
