The Edelbrock Tubular Exhaust System Header boosts the performance and drivability of your vehicle with high quality. The headers provide each cylinder with its own mini exhaust pipe, which prevents the back pressure that occurs in a common exhaust manifold. The Edelbrock design improves the engines ability to breathe by saving up to a full second off 0 to 60 mph times. As the engine becomes more fuel efficient, mileage is improved. It accepts all stock emissions equipment, leaving them fully operational. Most Tubular Exhaust System (TES) are complete from the heads to the catalytic converter. The header is made of steel with ceramic coated finish with 16-gauge and have heavy-duty flanges. The diameter of the primary tube is 1-5/8, the diameter of the collector is 2.5 and the thickness of the flange is 3/8. Bolts, studs, gaskets and the Y-pipe are include. It has a 3 inlet slip-on for a single catalytic converter system.
